Fiesta is an effective liquid weed control treatment applied to your lawn. Powered by iron as its active ingredient, at high doses is naturally toxic to weeds at the cellular level, causing them to turn black and wither away.

A great looking lawn starts with a high quality fertilizer. Our premium slow release granular fertilizer last up too 6 weeks and is packed with all the essential nutrients your lawn needs. 

Our fertilizers include the perfect blend of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Nitrogen creates the green grass you want, phosphorus aids in root development, and potassium guards against diseases and aids in drought and cold tolerance.

Give new life to your lawn. Our premium grade and certified blend of grass seeds are 99.9% weed-free. Overseeding is an effective way to thicken thin turf, repair minor bare spots, and naturally crowd out invasive weeds.

For larger bare spots or damaged areas, we recommend applying a thin layer of topsoil before or after seeding to maximize seed-to-soil contact and ensure optimal germination.

Liquid Aeration is a solution containing soil conditioners, humic, sulfur, magnesium & amino acids that softens & gently loosens your soil and creates microscopic passage ways for nutrients.

Core Aeration uses a specialized aeration machine to mechanically remove many hollow holes from yours lawns soil. Core Aeration is available as an alternative to Liquid Aeration and can be substituted for a small additional fee due to increased labor and specialized equipment required. Surface insects live and feed on grass blades and stems above the soil line. Despite their small size, they can rapidly destroy a lawn.

Our treatment targets common lawn pests including chinch bugs, sod webworms, cutworms, and billbugs while also controlling secondary pests like ants and ticks.

Season-Long Insect Control comes standard with our Ultimate Max+ Program. Because our application works on contact, we do not blanket-spray your entire lawn unnecessarily but only target infected areas.

Beginning on your fourth visit in June or July, just as surface pests start to emerge, we apply treatment as needed and continuously inspect your lawn through the remaining visits to ensure all surface insects are targeted.

Grubs live beneath the soil and feed directly on grass roots, which can cause severe, irreversible damage if left untreated. Early warning signs of a grub issue include yellowing patches that won't recover and animals digging up your turf in search of a meal.

The optimal time to apply grub control is in August. Adult beetles lay eggs in July. By late August, newly hatched young grubs are targeted and easier to kill. Our Ultimate Max+ Program includes Grub Control as a standard scheduled application to keep your lawn fully protected.

Soil conditioners (lime), improve soil quality and structure by keeping pH levels balanced between 6 and 7. When soil becomes too acidic, grass struggles to grow and cannot absorb essential nutrients efficiently. Adding soil conditioner balances the pH to create an optimal environment for a lush, thriving lawn.

Our Ultimate Max+ customers receive their Fall Fertilizer that is blended with soil conditioner to help maintain proper pH levels automatically. For highly acidic lawns, we recommend a standalone, full-strength application. Your technician can test the pH levels of your soil as part of diagnosing a lawn issue if required.
